The sales teams are achieving great prices with many properties attracting offers from multiple interested parties. “We have had some lovely properties on the market, which means we have some great buyers registered who are eager to secure their new home” says Stuart Mun-Gavin, Manager of sales at Fletchers Chiswick. “Houses and flats with outside space are proving to have the greatest demand, and in most instances we are achieving multiple bids on them. This means we have buyers who have missed out and are extremely motivated to find similar properties. Our proactive attitude means we are bucking the trend and accomplishing some fantastic results for our clients.”

Our lettings department has been busy all year and report an early start to the summer rush. “We are already seeing more and more tenants registering with us to find their next home” says Erica Whitehead, Lettings Director at Fletchers Chiswick. “Demand is very balanced across the market, with great levels of enquiry for both houses and flats.
