Marketing your property with Fletchers
At Fletchers, we work hard to find the best tennants for your property. As a landlord recently told us "Having dealt with hundreds of estate agents over the years, I can honestly say there were very few agents as dedicated in ensuring everything is done correctly and efficiently."
We recognise that your requirements are often as individual as the home you are planning to let, so we tailor our marketing package to suit. Individual marketing strategies include:
We present your property so it looks its absolute best, with professional photography, floorplans and carefully worded brochure text.
We then make direct contact with prospective tenants through our extensive applicant database and regular e-mails. We are constantly on the telephone to our applicants alerting them of every new property as it becomes available.
Online advertising includes the leading property portals, in addition to our own website.
Advertising in print includes local property magazines and MoveTo, the local property newspaper which has a distribution of 21,000.
This marketing is supported by our window displays in our prominently located offices; to let boards at the property and, when appropriate, editorial coverage generated though our in-house Press Office. All this is designed to provoke tremendous interest and viewings as soon as your property is launched to the market.
A landlord guide to renting your property
As a Fletchers landlord we offer you a variety of management services. Whether you need us to take care of everything, or wish to be involved every step of the way, our Property Management team can tailor your service accordingly.
We understand that moving can be a stressful time, therefore aim to make sure that everyone knows where they stand when it comes to costs. We offer a straightforward and transparent commission structure which allows our landlords to spread the payment of our commission over the duration of the tenancy. Unlike most agents our commission is paid on a monthly basis, so that our landlords start receiving an income for their property as soon as the tenant moves in.
