To support our buyer contact, we present your property so it looks its absolute best, with professional photography, floorplans and carefully worded brochure text.
Your property will then be advertised online on leading property portals and in print including local property magazines and MoveTo, the local property newspaper, which has a distribution of 21,000 copies.
This marketing is supported by our eye-catching window displays in our prominently located offices; for sale boards at the property and, when appropriate, editorial coverage generated though our in-house Press Office. All this is designed to provoke interest and viewings as soon as your property is launched to the market.
We will get to know our buyers thoroughly and will aim to accompany buyers to all our viewing appointments to maximise the opportunity to upsell the features of your property and local area. We will keep you fully informed of viewers' thoughts and comments, as we believe it's vital you know how the marketing of your property is progressing, particularly in relation to other similar properties in the area.
